FOR THE EVERYDAY USE
Keep track of your daily activity and performance by synchronizing them with your Urban Fit app from Partron.
Select your band from the list.
To charge the band, attach the cradle to the terminal on the back of the main body, and connect it to the charging cable.
The app measures the heart rate and altitude. Press the "synchronize" button to update the information.
Swipe to left/ right to switch between Urban Mode and Exercise Mode.
In Exercise Mode, the data is updated every 3 minutes. Navigate through the menu to look for the information and to check for the exercise route.
This is registered only if the GPS function of your mobile phone is activated.
Press START to complete the installation.
Check the boxes to proceed with the installation:
Turn the Bluetooth function on your phone ON, then press the side button of the band three times consecutively to see its unique 4-digit number.
Select this number on the list of devices on the app.

Setting your profile:
Personalize the data and select the preferred unit system.
Select the preferred unit system, activate or deactivate notifications for various functions, activate Tilt Motion for the display of the watch, set the measurement interval for the Urban and Exercise modes and the information displayed during the exercise.
Select the devices through which you want to get notifications on your band.

The greater the amount of sleep, the higher the index number.
A sleep with a stable heartbeat will show a high value on the chart.
The less fatigued you feel, the closer the recovery index will be to 100.
The average of the recovery index, exercise amount and heart rate will determine the Condition Index.
HOMESCREEN- URBAN MODE:
Measure your heart rate and check the result on the scale.
The recommended value is calculated according to the data you registered on profile.
Click on History to see all the results registered in the past.
The rate shown on the home screen is the result of the latest measurement.
The average heart rate measured every 15 minutes is displayed at a 60-minute cycle.
The percentage is an indicator of the average value of the measured heart rate and the maximum for your age.
The information about the atmospheric pressure is collected through AccuWeather.
The chart shows the number of steps made per day and during the exercise.
The step goal can be set from 3.000 to 30.000 steps.
It determines the total calories burned through walking and exercising.
The chart shows the number of hours and the intensity of your sleep.
The intensity of the sleep is determined by the average values of the heartbeat.
Set the desired number of Steps, planned Distance and Duration for your exercise.
Set the Altitude, desired number of Steps and Duration for your exercise.

Starting the Exercise Mode function:
After choosing the type of exercise and changing the settings, click START and YES on the pop-up message.
For accurate results, make sure the GPS function on your mobile phone is turned ON.
